Try gentle yoga in Raphael Park bandstand this autumn.
Mary, a qualified Hatha/Dru yoga instructor, is running taster classes on Thursday mornings. The classes are suitable for everyone including complete beginners and will introduce you to Dru (a style of yoga which is similar to Tai Chi with its gentle, flowing movements linking mind, body and breath) through Energy Block sequences (a different one each week).
No need to book, just meet in the bandstand at 11.00am.
Wear warm, comfortable layers (fleeces recommended) and bring your own mat.
£5 payable on the day.
