Come along to our Messy play Event at MyPlace.

Our theme through November is Messy circus, sponsored by Crazy soap. Let your little ones get lost in their imaginations with lots of fun materials and activities.
⭐️ messy play is brilliant for a child’s development, so they can learn whilst having fun. All you have to do is come along, play and leave the cleaning up for us. ⭐️

The event is suitable for children aged 6 months (or sitting unaided) to 5 years old. Older siblings up to the age of 10 can participate in the craft corner which includes Arts, Crafts activities to keep them busy!

The session starts at 10:30 am, please arrive 5 minutes prior to sign in. The session will finish at 11:30 am.
We will provide a warm wash area so you can get your little ones clean again. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Romford Christmas Lights switch-on
Thursday, 14 November⋅4:30 – 6:30pm

The big switch-on of the Christmas lights in Romford kicks off the seasonal revelry in Havering. Romford’s FREE switch-on event starts at 4.30pm on Thursday 14 November.

Performers this year include, Vocal Jukebox with a showstopping performance of some of the amazing music from The Greatest Showman. Charlie Dillon a singer from Elm Park who has appeared on The Voice Kids this year, a preview of the Queen’s Theatre seasonal pantomime, Robin Hood, the Raiders Ice Hockey team will be bringing along their mascot Bruce and S Club 3 will headlining the stage this year..

In addition to watching the stage acts, children will be able to meet some of their favourite cartoon characters and enjoy a spectacular firework finale. Thank you to our sponsors Romford Business Improvement District and Everyone Active Romford Sapphire Ice and Leisure

The premiere of a new musical (with songs by Andrew Linham and dramaturgy by Joel Samuels) based on scripts by local writers and the memories of local women, Local Girl Productions and a community company of over 30 commemorate the contributions made by women during the 2nd World War.

Robin Hood

Deep in the heart of his foreboding Castle, the dastardly Sheriff of Nottingham is taxing the poor to pile up his gold, whilst imprisoning brave Maid Marian and her hilarious Nurse Nellie.

But the Sheriff hasn’t banked on our arrow slinging hero Robin emerging from Sherwood Forest to target the hand of Marion and outwit the villain’s plans. Can Robin save the day with a little help from his band of Friar Tuck and plucky Merry Folk?

After the giant success of 2018’s Jack and the Beanstalk, this swash buckling actor musician panto, is twanging to the beats of pop hits from across the decades, traditional audience participation and laugh out loud family silliness.

Hit the bulls eye this Christmas, with a festive fix of all your favourite theatrical treats.
