Titanic: Honor and Glory
Havering Museum, Romford
7 Apr – 1 Sep 2018

The exhibition will not only have many artefacts from the ill-fated liner, like a steward’s tunic and the watch that stopped when it was immersed in the icy cold water of the North Atlantic on 14th April, 1912, but also props from the James Cameron’s 1997 blockbuster movie starring Leonardo Di Caprio, Billy Zane and Kate Winslet.

Pirates in the Park
Ingrebourne Valley Visitor Centre, Hornchurch Country Park
Wednesday 4th April – 10.00am-11.00am, 11.30am-12.30pm

Join us aboard the pirate ship in the woods to set sail on an adventure to find the buried treasure chest. Find the items on a scavenger hunt, make small boats and pirate craft to take home. Suitable for ages 3+.

Bug Hunting

Easter Babies Weekend

Wellgate Community Farm would like to welcome you to our Easter Babies Weekend.

A weekend full of fun for all the family!

Tickets will be available for the following activities:

• Easter egg hunt
• Craft activities
• Bouncy castle

Throughout the weekend there will all be Stalls, sideshows and animal encounters where you can meet some of our newest residents and many of our long term residents

There will be shearing demonstrations across the weekend where you can learn and see just how farmers collect wool.

Refreshments and BBQ available on site

Merlins Bird Watching Club for Young People
Ingrebourne Valley Visitor Centre, Hornchurch Country Park
Every Thursday in the school holidays and one Saturday per month during term time – Saturday 24th February – 10.30am-12.30pm

Named after the Merlin engines that once powered RAF Hornchurch’s Spitfires. Armed with binoculars, bird guide and notepad (all provided), join Brenda our birdwatching guide to spot, observe and identify the bird life of Hornchurch Country Park.

The Ronnie scott’s All Stars

This fantastic quintet features members of the house band of the legendary London jazz club. The set features music by many of the greatest names in music along with videos and photos telling the Ronnie Scott’s story since it opened in 1959.

Kids Activity Expo 2018
