He is the second act from Havering to appear on the semi-finals, and the only act to get through, after Danielle Rowe, from Hornchurch, and her dance group Countryvive failed to get through the previous day.

James was overcome with emotions on the night and cried after being told he had got through to the finals, speaking after his exit James said ‘“I’m so happy, it’s absolutely fantastic. I started crying when I got off, it’s pretty embarrassing!”
