Christmas is coming (oh yes it is!) – join the Queen’s Theatre on an exciting adventure in the enchanting pantomime Sleeping Beauty, from 29 November – 10 January.

Boys and girls of all ages can follow brave Tom Clutterbuck on his thrilling quest through the Enchanted Forest to rescue the beautiful Princess Aurora!

When Aurora was just a baby, the evil Fairy Carabosse placed a curse on the princess so that on her 18th birthday, she would prick her finger and fall asleep for 100 years… Will Tom defeat the terrifying dragon, break the dreadful spell and save the day?

The whole family can cheer our handsome hero on his way, hiss at the wicked Carabosse, giggle with the hilarious Silly Billy and our panto dame Nurse Nellie and help the Good Fairy Primrose sprinkle her magical dust across the land…

Laughter and songs, fantastic sets and costumes, with lots of audience participation and gallons of glitter – it’s the best panto in town!

This marvellous, musical adventure stars cut to the chase…, the Theatre’s professional company of actor-musicians.

Completing the magic and supporting the cut to the chase… cast is a Young Company of 24

super-talented local schoolchildren, who’ll be singing, dancing and playing various colourful roles.
